Since graduating from the prestigious Art Center College of Design in 1971, Larry Gerber has devoted his life to painting and teaching art. In addition to teaching, Mr. Gerber has exhibited in major galleries throughout the United States including Alan Stone, Elaine Horwich, O.K. Harris, Jaffe Baker, Caldwell Snyder, Henock Gallerie. His paintings hang in major corporateand private collections.

Mr. Gerber has done commissioned portraits of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, Lord Lord Kenneth Keith_(Rolls Royce), the Honorable Senator Sam Nunn, Surgeon General C. Everett Coop, Ted Turner, H. Wayne Huizenga, Former Secretary of State Dean Rusk and many others.

Larry Gerber has been featured in numerous newspaper and magazine articles and recently was featured in American Artist describing his unique method and style of painting. His primary media are acrylic and oils on canvas.His subject matters range from rural gas stations to a crowd of people waiting for a bus at 46th and Broadway.
